1. Warm up/Stretch 10 Minutes

2. WORKOUT: Start with 10 pull-ups and ladder all the way down to 1 with 20 push-ups in-between each set. 

3. Finish with a 1 mile jog. 


4. Cool down/Stretch

This is a great workout for the developing the upper body strength that is necessary to complete many of the obstacles at any obstacle race. Especially a Spartan race. (Herc Hoist, monkey net, rope climb).
